I graduated from James Cook University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Social Work, I have worked within the government and non government sectors from Child Protection, Domestic Violence, Rural and Remote Communities and Private Practice. I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and a member of the Australian Association of Social Work who are our guiding body for ethical practice and practice standards.
I have experience with working with children/teens and adults who have experienced trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, family breakdown, family and domestic violence, children with developmental concerns, behavioural difficulties, children and teenagers on the ASD and a broad range of complex family and personal difficulties including Anxiety and Depression.
I am committed to ongoing Professional Development to keep myself up to date with the latest skills/research available.
